tragicly dateless

hey you all! guess my sole purpose for coming online today was to blog :) since its been so long and i have well, quite alot to talk about.
its tragic how CNY just passed like that. and those 4 days of holiday seemed like a 1 hour break from school or something! in no time we were all back to school, having to face the harsh reality of jc2 life. sigh. but nonetheless, i still enjoyed my CNY very much and it was a good break. haha but its sad how i didnt get to go shopping much for new clothes this CNY so i ended up wearing jeans and this top that was very festive looking. haha as you can tell from the pictures.
my dad insisted i stand beside the (what do you call those) mei hua and take a picture. and you cant even SEE it la, please. but just to humour him i did. haha and i thought it was quite funny. i dont really like taking pictures alone. seems rather narcissistic to some extent.
and this other one was taken with my cousins :) really enjoy all the times we have together!
and well, something happened to my extended family recently and i probably told all those i've actually had a proper conversation with recently. i didnt know death could be such a scary thing, till it almost happened right in front of me. i was really shaken and awoken from my illusive ideas. i guess experiences like these really shape me and mould me to be more like the person i should be.
and to her, im just glad you're alive today and given a new lease to life. God can truly work great wonders and miracles. everyone around you needs you. especially your children. fight hard and live strong!though it really pains me to see her suffering so much and how she uses every ounce of her remaining energy just to breathe.
but your will power amazes me. truly. you have definitely lived to tell a legacy.
at least a legacy to me. you are God's personification of hope to me.
anyways, valentine's day is coming! and i am dateless. this is tragic. plain tragic tragic tragic. haha the Tragedy of all Tragedies.
okay. enough moping. i finally went to do my dog tag today! haha i engraved my name on. and its so cool! :) PLUS the lady did it for free cuz YF made about 90 dog tags. coool stuff! yay! anw, thats all for now. feel so accomplished after blogging.hahhaha
